Year-Round Applications & Enrollment
Applications and referrals for the Ladders Program are accepted year-round. Eligible applicants are admitted on a rolling basis as program capacity allows.
If the program reaches capacity, eligible applicants will be placed on an admissions waiting list and contacted as space becomes available.
Once accepted, participants will begin working with the Ladders team to identify their individual goals and next steps.
Eligibility Criteria
Justice-Involved Youth & Young Adults: Must have prior or current involvement with the criminal justice system.
Age Requirement: Between 16–24 years old.
Offense Restrictions: Cannot have been convicted of any serious violent offenses as defined by Georgia Code § 17-10-6.1.
Incarceration Status: Applicants may not be currently incarcerated.
Commitment to Growth: Must demonstrate genuine motivation and willingness to actively engage in the program.
